Tamil Triken is a highly acclaimed Artistic Director and master choreographer with a wealth of experience in various dance styles. As the Artistic Director of Dance Channel Singapore, a position he has held for 12 years till present, Tamil Triken has been an instrumental pioneer in shaping the dance landscape in Singapore.

With expertise in Salsa, Hip Hop, Bachata, Contemporary, Ladies Shines, Argentine Tango, Dance fitness, Bollywood and MTV genres Tamil Triken's choreography is a testament to his versatility and creativity. His impressive credentials include being a 3-times Singapore Best Choreography Award winner in Vasantham, and having worked as an assistant choreographer for popular team media Team SangeshTraz along with teaching Multi-Schools earning Distinctions Award.

As a choreographer, Tamil Triken has consistently demonstrated his ability to craft compelling performances that showcase his dancers' talents. His productions have earned him recognition as a 9-time Theatre Arts Performance Producer. He is also an IHDC International Honours in Dance Cert with ACTFA.

What sets Tamil Triken apart is his training is training alongside with world-class artists, including 3-time World Champion in Salsa and Argentine Tango. His expertise and passion for dance have made him a highly respected choreographer and Teacher in Singapore.

Guru Amirthini Sivaharan

Svayambhu Fine Arts is a Singapore-based Bharatanatyam institution founded by Guru Amirthini Sivaharan
A Kalakshetra Graduate, Sri Lankan Presidential Awardee for Young Achiever, and International Natyamayil Award recipient. Amirthini Sivaharan is a distinguished Bharatanatyam artist who continues to contribute.

Svayambhu Fine arts is dedicated to training young dancers in the traditional Kalakshetra style, and we actively participate in major cultural and religious events across Singapore.

Vincent Yong
Vincent Yong is a multiple award-winning dance artist with over 25 years of international experience.

He is currently Singapore’s only Certified Movement Analyst, Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist and the author of Flow-The Art of Creating AbunDance.

Vincent is serving the mental health, ageing and cancer community in Singapore as the Founder of Danspire International. He presents and educates on international platforms for dance medicine and neuroscience applications. For more info, please visit www.danspire.com.

Lester Low
Founder of Les’ Yoga
A chanced encounter with a teacher about 17 years ago sparked Lester's passion for yoga. He has been pursuing the art since.

He attended numerous workshops around the world training with great masters to enrich his knowledge.

He is now a certified yoga instructor and conducts lessons with Fitness First. Lester is well versed in Vinyasa yoga, Dynamic Flow, Hot Flow, Aerial Flow Yoga.

He strongly believes that anyone can do yoga! His ultimate goal is to inspire one to see the benefits of practising Yoga. Yoga helps one to be aware of his body alignment, to keep him in the pink of health!

Alaka’i Kapuananiokekukui Namiko
Alaka’i Kapuananiokekukui Namiko Takahashi Chan-Lee teaches hula ‘auana (new/modern), hula kahiko (traditional/ancient) and hula ho’ano (in reverence of God/worship hula) under the direction of Kumu Hula Leihi’ilani Kirkpatrick.

Alaka’i Puanani has been studying with Kumu Lei since 2011; she visits Kaua’i annually for hula intensives to both grow in hula as well as to equip herself to teach the haumāna (students) here in Singapore.

An inter-disciplinary artist with a strong foundation in a wide spectrum of dance forms such as ballet and Middle Eastern Dance, and who enjoys a wide network of contacts in the Singapore dance and art scenes, Alaka’i Puanani ensures that her hula classes are fun workouts while maintaining the high standards of technique and discipline befitting a hula school or Hālau Hula with deep roots and a strong lineage through Loea Kawaikapuokalani Hewett.
Suzanna Sainol
With over a decade of teaching dance, Suzana Sainol is the founder and principal instructor of Singapore's leading Cuban-style salsa dance school, Salsa Cubana Singapore.

As a pioneer of Cuban and Afro-Cuban dance styles in Singapore, Suzana blends technical knowledge with cultural storytelling, giving students more than just dance steps.

Through her teaching, she offers a deeper connection to the dance's history and rhythm, ensuring respect for the culture.

Specializing in Cuban-style Salsa (Salsa Cubana) and Rueda de Casino, this energetic and social partner dance has gained visibility in Singapore over the years through Suzana's passion and dedication to sharing the rich cultural roots of Afro-Cuban music and dance.
